FURTHER CONVEYANCES. After the Closing, Seller will execute and deliver to Buyer (or cause to be executed and delivered to Buyer), such additional instruments of conveyance, and Seller shall take such other and further actions as Buyer may reasonably request and which are ordinarily provided by a seller, more completely to sell, transfer, and assign to Buyer and vest in Buyer such title to the Purchased Assets as is provided for in this Agreement.
