Further Benefits. The Executive shall be entitled to a minimum of four weeks per annum paid vacation.
Further Benefits. Employee shall, during the term of this Agreement (and thereafter to the extent provided herein), be eligible to participate in all applicable profit sharing and 401 (k) plans and insurance benefits in effect for all salaried employees of the Employer, together with any future improvements in such plans or benefits, subject to the eligibility requirements of such plans. In addition, Employee shall be entitled during the term of this Agreement, and thereafter to the extent provided for herein or in any such plan, to receive such other and further benefits as shall be generally made applicable to key executive employees of the Employer, and such additional benefits, as may be granted from time-to-time by the Board of Directors, in it's sole discretion.
Further Benefits. Upon termination of the employment of Executive, Executive shall accrue no further benefits under the Pension Plans and shall make no further contributions to any Pension Plan or other benefit plan permitting employee contributions.
Further Benefits. No part of this Agreement shall be construed as to preclude the School District from giving any further benefits to its employees.
Further Benefits. Executive shall be entitled to participate in any health, accident, retirement or similar employee benefit plans provided by the Company generally to its employees to the extent commensurate with the participation therein of executives of the Company. Executive shall be entitled to participate in any present or future bonus, insurance, pension, retirement, profit sharing or other compensation or incentive plans adopted by the Company, for the general and overall benefit of executives of the Company, the extent and manner of participation to be determined by the Board of Directors of the Company. The benefits provided in this subsection (c) shall be in addition to the compensation and benefits provided in the other subsections of this Section 3.

Executive shall be entitled to participate in any health, accident, retirement or similar employee benefit plans provided by the Company generally to its employees to the extent commensurate with the participation therein of executives of the Company; provided, however, that such employee benefit plans shall be no less favorable to Executive than those provided by the Company to Executive immediately prior to the entering into this Agreement. Executive shall be entitled to participate in any present or future bonus, insurance, pension, retirement, profit sharing or other compensation or incentive plans adopted by the Company, for the general and overall benefit of executives of the Company, the extent and manner of participation to be determined by the Board of Directors of the Company. The benefits provided in this subsection (c) shall be in addition to the compensation and benefits provided in the other subsections of this Section 3.

The Employee shall also be entitled to such vacation time (not less than two weeks) during each year of his employment hereunder as the Board of Directors of the Company may permit, to be taken at such times and in such period as the Employee shall determine upon giving reasonable notice to the Company.

Employee shall be entitled to participate in any health, accident, retirement or similar employee benefit plans provided by the Company generally to its employees to the extent commensurate with the participation therein of Employees of the Company. Employee shall be entitled to participate in any present or future bonus, insurance, pension, retirement, profit sharing or other compensation or incentive plans adopted by the Company, for the general and overall benefit of Employees of the Company, the extent and manner of participation to be determined by the Board of Directors of the Company. The benefits provided in this subsection (c) shall be in addition to the compensation and benefits provided in the other subsections of this Section 3. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the parties do agree that at all times during the Employment Period, subject to a reasonable timeframe after the execution of this Agreement for the Company to implement a health insurance plan, the Company shall maintain a health insurance plan in which the Employee can choose to participate on the same basis as all employees generally. Employee acknowledges that the Company does not currently have a health insurance plan but that the Company will utilize its best efforts to implement a health insurance plan as soon as practical after the execution of this Agreement.

Further Benefits. Employee shall be entitled to participate, as long as he is employed by the Company, in any and all of the Company's present or future employee benefit plans, including Paid Time Off (hereinafter referred to as "PTO"), insurance plans, 401K plans or other such plans or benefits that are generally applicable to the Company's employees. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Employee shall not be entitled to participate in any annual management or employee bonus plans without the written consent of the President.
