Common use of Further Assurances and Corrective Instruments Clause in Contracts

Further Assurances and Corrective Instruments. To the extent permitted by law, the Authority, the Servicer and the Participant agree that each of them will, from time to time, execute, acknowledge and deliver, or cause to be executed, acknowledged or delivered, such supplements hereto and such further instruments as may reasonably be required or appropriate to further express the intention of, or to facilitate the performance of, this Origination Agreement.
