Further Assignment. The Depositor acknowledges that, under the Indenture, the Issuer will assign and pledge the Sold Property and related property and rights to the Indenture Trustee for the benefit of the Secured Parties.
Further Assignment. If a Leasehold Mortgagee or a successor or assignee of a Leasehold Mortgagee, or an Affiliate thereof, acquires StadCo’s or Team’s leasehold, license, and other estates or interests, as applicable, by Foreclosure, or if a Leasehold Mortgagee or a successor or assignee of a Leasehold Mortgagee, or an Affiliate thereof, succeeds to the interests and obligations of StadCo or the Team under a new lease agreement as provided in this Section, such Leasehold Mortgagee or successor or assignee of a Leasehold Mortgagee, or an Affiliate thereof, may thereafter assign or transfer this Agreement (or the applicable agreement between StadCo and the Team) or such new lease agreement subject to the terms of Section 17.1 hereof; provided, however, that the Authority does hereby Approve any transaction that constitutes a Permitted Transfer hereunder, and provided the assignee or transferee expressly agrees in writing to assume and to perform all of the obligations under this Agreement or such new lease agreement, as the case may be, from and after the effective date of such assignment or transfer.
Further Assignment. Subtenant will not further sublease ------------------ the Subleased Premises or any portion thereof or assign any of its rights or delegate any of its duties under this Sublease, without first obtaining the prior written consent of Tenant and Landlord.
Further Assignment. You assign as additional security for your obligations under this Charge all interest in or under any insurance of any kind affected with respect to the Property and the proceeds thereof, whether or not placed in accordance with the requirements of this Charge.

In furtherance of the within assignments, US Airways ------------------ assigns and grants to Trustee all right to collect for the account of Trustee all items sold, transferred or assigned to Trustee pursuant hereto; to institute and prosecute all proceedings that Trustee may deem proper in order to collect, assert or enforce any claim, right or title of any kind in or to the items sold, transferred or assigned; to defend and compromise any and all actions, suits or proceedings as to title to or interest in the Aircraft or any of the property acquired by Trustee; and to do all such acts and things in relating thereto as Trustee shall deem advisable.
Further Assignment. The Publisher and its successors and assigns shall have the right to further assign any of its rights hereunder, in whole or in part.
Further Assignment. Borrower shall not make any other assignment of its entire or any part of its interest in or to any or all Leases, or any or all Rents, except as specifically permitted by the Loan Documents;
