Common use of Furnishing Clause in Contracts

Furnishing. Contractor shall furnish all permanent materials and equipment specified in the Agreement, labor, supervision, installation- related equipment and/or tools, miscellaneous expendable job supplies, facilities, services and transportation necessary for the successful completion of the Work. All fixtures and equipment are to be new or as otherwise specified in the Agreement. Contractor will be responsible for performing all survey and layout work required for the Work, which shall be to exact lines and grades, and for any damages to or additional cost for the work of any other contractor caused by Contractor’s or its Subcontractor’s inaccuracy. Upon request, Xxxxxxxxx’s Representative will give Contractor the location of reference base lines and bench marks.
