Furnish Specified Information. Section 4(a) is hereby amended by adding at the end thereof the following paragraph: Notwithstanding the foregoing provisions of this Section 4(a), the parties agree that, pursuant to the terms of the Power of Attorney with respect to Party A referred to in Part 3(b) of this Schedule, any one or more of the officers of Party A's general partner who has been designated as an agent and attorney in fact of Party A will so deliver to Party B or such government or taxing authority the specified or requested forms, documents, or certificates.
