Furnish Reports. For and during the period ending three years after the effective date of the Registration Statement, the Company will furnish to the Underwriter copies of all reports and other communications (financial or otherwise) furnished by the Company to its securityholders generally and copies of any reports or financial statements furnished to or filed by the Company with the Commission or any national securities exchange on which any class of securities of the Company may be listed.
