Furnish, Install, Perform, Provide. 1.5.4.1 The word "furnish," when used in connection with services, materials, or equipment, shall mean to supply and deliver said services, materials, or equipment to the Site (or some other specified location) ready for use or installation and in usable or operable condition.

Furnish, Install, Perform, Provide. 1. The word “Furnish” or the word “Install” or the word “Perform” or the word “Provide” or the word “Supply,” or any combination or similar directive or usage thereof, shall mean furnishing and incorporating in the Work including all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and everything necessary to perform the Work indicated, unless specifically limited in the context used.

  • Return or Destruction of Confidential Information If an Interconnection Party provides any Confidential Information to another Interconnection Party in the course of an audit or inspection, the providing Interconnection Party may request the other party to return or destroy such Confidential Information after the termination of the audit period and the resolution of all matters relating to that audit. Each Interconnection Party shall make Reasonable Efforts to comply with any such requests for return or destruction within ten days of receiving the request and shall certify in writing to the other Interconnection Party that it has complied with such request.

It is your responsibility to notify the Custodian of any email address change or residential address change. We will not be held liable for any losses or damages if you have not provided Custodian with the most current address information. The electronically signed copy of this document should be considered equivalent to a printed hard copy form. It is considered a true and complete record of the document, admissible in arbitration and/or administrative hearings or proceedings. Your electronic signature on the Application and other electronic forms such as the Investment Direction are considered valid and the same as if the paper form or Application were signed.

  • Non-Compliant Work Should the A/E and/or the ODR identify Work as non-compliant with the Contract Documents, the ODR will communicate the finding to the Contractor and the Contractor will correct such Work at its expense. The approval of Work by either the A/E or ODR does not relieve the Contractor from the obligation to comply with all requirements of the Contract Documents.

  • Furnishing Information (i) Neither the Investor nor any Holder shall use any free writing prospectus (as defined in Rule 405) in connection with the sale of Registrable Securities without the prior written consent of the Company.

  • Retention or destruction of Confidential Information If Network Rail or the Train Operator, as the case may be, has not received a request to return any Confidential Information to the other party under and within the time limits specified in Clause 14.3, it may destroy or retain such Confidential Information.

  • Destruction of Confidential Information Upon the written request of the disclosing Party, the receiving Party shall cease using and arrange for the destruction of all copies of any Confidential Information then in the receiving Party’s possession or under such Party’s control. The receiving Party agrees to dispose of the Confidential Information in such a manner that the information cannot be read or reconstructed after destruction. Upon the written request of the disclosing Party, the receiving Party shall certify in writing that it has complied with the obligations set forth in this paragraph.

  • Software Installation The AGENCY shall request approval in writing from the COUNTY prior to installation of any software on COUNTY computer equipment. All software installations must be supervised by COUNTY technical support staff and proof of licensing is required. Upon completion, the AGENCY is responsible for reconfiguring the computers back to the original state.

  • Access to Records – Files; Confidential Information Contractor shall maintain all books, documents, papers and records relating to the Agreement for at least seven years following completion of the project. Contractor shall maintain any other records pertinent to this Agreement in such a manner as to clearly document Contractor’s performance. City, state and federal government, and their duly authorized representatives shall have access to the books, documents, papers and records of the Contractor which are directly pertinent to the specific Agreement for the purpose of making audit, examination, excerpts and transcript. Contractor agrees that all files or other documents generated or in the possession of Contractor related to Contractor's delivery of service are the property of the City and shall be available to the City upon request. Contractor understands the nature of project/projects means that Contractor may be privy to information that is confidential, proprietary or sensitive in nature, which information shall not be disclosed to any third person or entity without the consent of the City of Bend or at the City's direction, either during the term of this Agreement or after its termination. Likewise, any analysis or commentary provided by Contractor of a confidential or sensitive nature shall not be released or disclosed to any person without the consent or direction of the City.

  • Notice of Non-Compliant Work A Notice of Non-Compliant Work shall be in writing, shall be dated, shall be signed by the Design Professional, and shall be addressed to the Contractor with a copy to the Owner, as set forth in Section 3, Part 4 (Correcting the Work) and Section 6, Part 6 (Correcting the Work after Final Payment).

  • SPECIAL TOOLS & TEST EQUIPMENT If the price stated on the Offer includes the cost of any special tooling or special test equipment fabricated or required by the Contractor for the purpose of filling this order, such special tooling equipment and any process sheets related thereto shall become the property of the City and shall be identified by the Contractor as such.
