Funds Transfer Service. The Bank provides an electronic transfer service that allows you to securely transfer funds from an account at another financial institution, your Linked Account if applicable, or credit card to your account with us, and/or from your account with us to an account at another financial institution (“Funds Transfer Service”). In addition, and if applicable, the Funds Transfer Service may be used to transfer funds from your account with us to your Linked Account. Prior to use, you are required to register your external bank account and credit card for verification and security purposes. Once your Funds Transfer Service registration is active, please refer to the EXPEDITED FUNDS AVAILABILITY section of this Agreement to see when the funds will be available for your use in your account with us. By using the Funds Transfer Service, you agree that the Bank will transfer funds through ACH services and that the transaction is subject to completion upon our final review and verification. You agree that such requests constitute your authorization for such transfers. Your authorization is to remain in full force until the Bank has received written notification from you of its termination, you have electronically deleted a registered bank account or credit card from the Funds Transfer Service, or you have electronically cancelled an account and/or transfers from the Funds Transfer Service in such time and in such manner as to afford the Bank and the other financial institution a reasonable opportunity to act on it. Please note that the transfer of funds from your Linked Account may involve the sale of investments or assets, which may result in taxable events for you. Transfers from your Linked Account will occur after all trades have settled and the funds requested are available in your Linked Account. As a result, transfers from your Linked Account to your checking account may take up to 5 business days to be posted to your checking account. Use of the Funds Transfer Service may be subject to a fee in accordance with our Schedule of Fees. The Funds Transfer Service may not be available for all account types. Please contact us for information on availability. By using the Funds Transfer Service, you are certifying that credit cards used to transfer funds from, and the registered external accounts that you transfer funds to and from, are under the same ownership as the account with us. Funds Transfer Service. 1. If you use our funds transfer service, you may, if ATB permits, make a funds transfer to another account at ATB or to another Canadian financial institution. Upon your verification of the details of the transfer, as required by ATB, ATB will immediately withdraw the funds from the Account you designate. We will send the funds for transfer by the end of that business day if the instructions are received by us during the business day, or by the end of the next business day if we receive the instructions outside of business hours. You agree that we are not responsible for any loss or costs you may suffer as a result of any errors in the account or other transfer details that you provide us. You also acknowledge that we cannot control when another financial institution will credit the account of the person to be receiving the funds. You also acknowledge that ATB cannot cancel any transfer of funds once the transfer has been sent. If the account details that you provide us are invalid, then the transfer amount will be returned and deposited into your Account or any other account you have with us.
Funds Transfer Service. In addition to account information reporting, the Customer may request access to certain Funds Transfer Services as described below. Funds transfers are available during specific business hours as described in the attached schedule. Customer must specify Customer Representative authorities per transaction type. If the Customer, or any of its authorized representatives, use the Funds Transfer Services described, the following condition(s) shall apply: Wire Transfer—The Customer acknowledges that the Wire Transfer feature of the Service is an alternate entry system for issuing Wire Transfer orders between the Customer and the Bank. A Funds Transfer Service Agreement between the Customer and the Bank is required. This Funds Transfer Service Agreement shall govern the acceptance and liability for all Wire Transfer Requests. ACH Transactions—The Customer acknowledges that the ACH Transaction feature of the Service is an alternate entry system for issuing ACH transaction orders between the Customer and the Bank. An ACH Agreement between the Customer and the Bank is required. This ACH Agreement shall govern the acceptance and liability for all ACH Transactions originated by the Customer.

The Service allows you to make funds transfers in the following ways: An immediate transfer is a single transfer of funds to be made as soon as possible after you request the transfer. A future-dated transfer is a single transfer of funds to be made on a date you specify. A recurring transfer is one of a series of transfers of a fixed amount of funds on a regular periodic basis. If you deposit in any of your Online Accounts by transferring funds using this Service before 6:00 p.m., Central Time, on any Business Day that we are open, we will consider that day to be the day we receive your deposit, unless we tell you otherwise. If you make a deposit to any of your Online Accounts by transferring funds using the Services after 6:00 p.m., Central Time, on any Business Day or on any day that is not a Business Day (Saturday, Sunday, Holiday), we will consider your deposit to be received by us on the next Business Day we are open. You are responsible for the input and verification of all information entered into your Online Banking Account. The Bank shall have no responsibility to determine the accuracy of such information. The Bank may, in its sole discretion, reject any transfer request if there are insufficient Available Balances in your authorized Account(s); or the transfer request (1) is not authenticated to The Bank’s satisfaction or The Bank believes, in good faith, may not be authorized by you; (2) contains incorrect, incomplete or ambiguous information; or (3) involves funds subject to a lien, hold, dispute or legal process which prevents their withdrawal or transfer. The Bank shall incur no liability for any loss to you or to any third person occasioned by The Bank’s refusal to make such transfer. TRANSFER LIMITATIONS Because federal regulations require us to limit the number of preauthorized, automatic or telephone transfers (including transfers made with this Service) on the following types of accounts: • Statement Savings Account • Money Market Account By federal law, if you have more than the allowable preauthorized transfers or preauthorized checks or drafts (for money market accounts) in any one period, your Account may be subject to closure and the funds placed in another Account that you are eligible to maintain.
