Common use of Funding Notice Clause in Contracts

Funding Notice. In furtherance of the foregoing, and in respect of each Aircraft, the Company agrees to give the parties hereto, the Depositary and each of the Rating Agencies not less than three Business Days’ prior notice (including in the case of a substitute Funding Notice under Section 1(f) or a Funding Notice in respect of a Substitute Aircraft under Section 1(h)), substantially in the form of Exhibit A hereto (each, a “Funding Notice”), of the date scheduled for the financing as contemplated hereby in respect of such Aircraft (the “Funding Date”), which notice shall:
