Funding Etc. In no event shall the Administrative Agent (acting in its capacity as the Administrative Agent) be liable or responsible for funding or advancing any obligation of any Lender or other Person owed or payable under or in connection with this Agreement, including in respect of any claims, damages, reimbursements, indemnities or otherwise.
Funding Etc. All contributions, premium payments and other expenses required under each Employee Benefit Plan or with respect thereto due on or before the Closing Date will be paid or accrued by CCBG or a Subsidiary. No Employee Benefit Plan is funded by insurance subject to retroactive premium adjustments.
