Common use of Funding Assumptions Clause in Contracts

Funding Assumptions. Solely for purposes of calculating amounts payable by the Borrower to the Bank under this Article V, each Eurodollar Rate Loan made by the Bank (and any related reserve, special deposit or similar requirement) shall be conclusively deemed to have been funded at the Interbank Rate used in determining the Eurodollar Rate for such Eurodollar Rate Loan by a matching deposit or other borrowing in the interbank eurodollar market for a comparable amount and for a comparable period, whether or not such Eurodollar Rate Loan is in fact so funded.

Funding Assumptions. Solely for purposes of calculating amounts payable by the Borrower Company to the Bank Lender under this Article V, each Loan made, converted or continued by the Lender whose interest is determined by reference to the Eurodollar Rate Loan made by the Bank (and any related reserve, special deposit or similar requirement) shall be conclusively deemed to have been funded at the Interbank Rate used in determining the Eurodollar Rate for such Eurodollar Rate Loan by a matching deposit or other borrowing in the interbank eurodollar market for a comparable amount and for a comparable period, whether or not such Eurodollar Rate Loan is in fact so funded.

Solely for purposes of calculating amounts payable by the Borrower to the Bank Banks under this Article V, each Eurodollar Rate Loan Portion made by the a Bank (and any each --------- related reserve, special deposit or similar requirement) shall be conclusively deemed to have been funded at the Interbank Rate used in determining the Eurodollar Rate for such Eurodollar Rate Loan Portion by a matching deposit or other borrowing in the interbank eurodollar Eurodollar market for a comparable amount and for a comparable period, whether or not such Eurodollar Rate Loan Portion is in fact so funded.

Solely for purposes of calculating amounts payable by the Borrower to the Bank Lenders under this Article V, each Eurodollar Rate Loan made by a Lender whose interest is determined by reference to the Bank Eurodollar Rate (and any related reserve, special deposit or similar requirement) shall be conclusively deemed to have been funded at the Interbank Rate used in determining the Eurodollar Rate for such Eurodollar Rate Loan by a matching deposit or other borrowing in the interbank eurodollar market for a comparable amount and for a comparable period, whether or not such Eurodollar Rate Loan is in fact so funded.
