Funding Aim. To secure sufficient funding to develop Lisvane Old School Community Centre to meet the educational and social needs of the people of Lisvane and the surrounding area. The cost of construction of the building is £1.125m (exc VAT which is to be reclaimed). To deliver the building as a shell with all services provided, essential equipment fitted and rooms finished internally. Access to the first floor will be via stairs and a lift.
