Common use of Fundamental Principle Clause in Contracts

Fundamental Principle. The convention was made in acknowledging the importance of migratory species being conserved, paying special attention to migra- tory species, and taking individually or in co-operation appropriate and necessary steps to conserve such species and their habitat. In the need to take action to avoid any migratory species from danger, the parties should promote, cooperate in and support research relating to migra- tory species, provide immediate protection to the species, and conclude agreements covering the conservation and management of the species.
