Functionality Change. Customer acknowledges and agrees that the functionality, features, supplier, specifications, and Documentation of the Subscription Services are subject to change by Philips at any time, provided that Philips will not materially degrade the functionality of the Subscription Services and will provide reasonable advanced notice of any substantial changes.
