Common use of Fully Net Lease Clause in Contracts

Fully Net Lease. Landlord and Tenant hereby acknowledge that this Lease is a fully net lease, and that notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, Tenant shall be solely responsible for Tenant’s Share of all costs and expenses incurred by either Landlord or Tenant for the maintenance and repair of the Premises and Building except to the extent specifically excluded pursuant to Section 4.2.4 and except as provided in Section 7.2 below.

Fully Net Lease. Landlord and Tenant hereby acknowledge acknowledges that this Lease is intended to be a "fully net leasenet" lease and that Landlord shall have no obligation to make any expenditures in connection with this Lease or to maintain or repair the Premises or any part thereof, except as specifically stated in this Lease, and that notwithstanding anything Landlord shall be entitled to the contrary contained hereinpayment of rent and other sums under this Lease without deduction, Tenant shall be solely responsible for Tenant’s Share of all costs and expenses incurred by either Landlord expense or Tenant for the maintenance and repair of charge whatsoever relating to the Premises and Building except to the extent specifically excluded pursuant to Section 4.2.4 and except as provided in Section 7.2 belowoperation, management, use or occupation of the Premises.
