Common use of Full Clause in Contracts

Full. refunds If you fully refund a Commercial Transaction payment, we will retain the Fixed Fee portion of the Commercial Transaction Fee. Your buyer’s Account will be credited with the full Commercial Transaction payment amount. We will debit from your Account the amount initially credited to your Account in connection with the Commercial Transaction payment and the Fixed Fee portion of the Commercial Transaction Fee.
