Full. time bargaining unit members who work five (5) days per week, eight (8) hours a day, are entitled to vacation allotments stated in 10.3 for twelve-month (12) employees and nine (9), ten (10) and eleven (11) month employees for each month the employee works as stated in sections 10.4.1 to 10.4.3.
