Full Time Vacation Pay. Employees with outstanding vacation credits as of November 1st will be advised. Any employee entitled to vacation pay who has not received vacation pay by December 1st of that year shall be paid vacation pay no later than December 31 of that year.

In the event that an employee is absent from work in excess of seven (7) weeks, as set forth above, whatever vacation pay the employee is entitled to shall be prorated according to the ratio that the straight-time hours actually worked bear to 2,080 (two thousand eighty) hours. Hours worked shall include paid holidays, paid vacations and paid jury duty.
Full Time Vacation Pay. Effective January 1, 2004, full-time employees will have their pay kept whole while on entitled vacation pay unless a written request is made to the Manager at least three (3) full weeks prior to the start of vacation requesting advance pay on a Separate Vacation Pay Advance cheque for the vacation taken.
