Full-time Unit. Members who hold a Doctorate Degree from a regionally accredited institution shall receive additional pay in the amount of twelve hundred dollars ($1,200.00) annually. Unit Members employed less than full time shall receive their enhancement on a prorated basis.
Full-time Unit. Members possessing a doctorate degree from an accredited institution shall receive a stipend of $2,090 annually. Part-time Unit Members possessing a doctorate degree from an accredited institution shall be paid an additional $500 stipend at the end of each semester (Fall/Spring) of satisfactory service, beginning in the 2013-14 academic year. Applications for the 2013-14 academic year must be submitted to Human Resources within three (3) weeks of ratification by both parties. Thereafter, applications will be submitted in accordance with 7.2.4.2.
Full-time Unit. Members on sabbatical leave will receive a percentage of the regular salary they would have earned during their leave, according to the following schedule: One Semester Leave - 100% of salary Two Semester Leave - 60% of salary
Full-time Unit. As the exclusive bargaining agent of all registered and graduate nurses regularly employed in a nursing capacity at Southampton Care Centre in Xxxxxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxx, save and except the Director of Nursing, persons above the rank of Director of Nursing and registered and graduate nurses regularly employed for more than twenty-four (24) hours per week;
Full-time Unit. Members may accept up to six (6) hours per week of overload teaching or additional work assignment for extra pay. Exceptions to this limit shall be granted with the written approval of the cognizant Xxxx and the cognizant Vice President. The S.C.E.A. President shall be notified of these exceptions in writing within one (1) week of their approval.

The Hospital recognizes the Canadian Union of Public Employees, Local as the exclusive collective bargaining agency for all of its employees covered by the classifications set forth in Schedule A, excluding any persons regularly scheduled to work twenty-four (24) hours per week or less, and forming part of this Agreement and hereby consents and agrees to negotiate with the Union in any and all matters affecting the relationship between the parties to this Agreement, looking towards a peaceful and amicable settlement of any differences that may arise between them. Part-time Unit: The Hospital recognizes the Canadian Union of Public Employees, Local as the exclusive bargaining agent for all of its employees covered by the certificate and decision issued by the Ontario Labour Relations Board dated March regularly employed not more than twenty-four (24) hours per week, and students employed during the school vacation period. The Hospital hereby consents and agrees to negotiate with the Union in any and all matters affecting the relationship between the parties to this Agreement, looking toward a peaceful and amicable settlement of any differences that may arise between them. In the event that the Employer creates a new classification which, in the opinion of the Union or the Employer, falls within the bargaining unit, the issue of its inclusion or exclusion from the bargaining unit shall be determined by mutual agreement or, in the absence of agreement, as provided for in Article hereof. All other issues relating to the new classification shall be determined in accordance with Article ARTICLE MANAGEMENT RIGHTS

As the sole bargaining agent for all registered and graduate nurses regularly employed in a nursing capacity at The Heritage Nursing Home in Toronto, save and except the Director of Care, persons above the rank of Director of Care, and registered and graduate nurses regularly employed for more than twenty-four (24) hours per week;

The Employer recognizes the Canadian Union of Public Employees, Local as the exclusive bargaining agent for all registered Nurses and graduate Nurses employed in a nursing capacity, Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech Language Pathologists, Dietitians, Infection Control Nurse, Wound Care Resource Nurse, Dental Hygienist, Chiropodist, and Clinical Practice Leader employed by the Hospital save and except Nurse Managers, Head Therapists, Assistant Director, Food Services and persons above the rank of Nurse Manager, Head Therapist and Assistant Director, Food Services and persons regularly scheduled to work twenty-four (24) hours or less per week. Part-time Unit: The Employer recognizes the Canadian Union of Public Employees, Local as the exclusive bargaining agent for all Employees of The Board of Governors of Bridgepoint Hospital in the Municipality of Metropolitan Toronto, regularly employed for not more than twenty-four (24) hours per week as Registered Nurses and Graduate Nurses employed in a nursing capacity, Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech Language Pathologists, Dieticians, Infection Control Nurse, Wound Care Resource Nurse, Dental Hygienist, Chiropodist, and Clinical Practice Leader save and except, Head Therapists, Co-ordinators Food Services, Nursing Unit Directors, and persons above the rank of Nursing Unit Director, Head Therapist and Co-ordinators Food Services, and persons in the Bargaining Unit for which any trade Union held bargaining rights as of February Work of the Unit Persons whose regular jobs are not in the bargaining unit shall not work on any jobs which are included in the bargaining unit except for purposes of instruction, experimenting, or in emergencies when regular Employees are not available.

The Hospital recognizesthe Ontario Nurses' Association as the exclusive bargaining agent of all its Registered Nurses in the Regional Municipality of Ottawa-Carleton engaged in a nursing capacity save and except those occupying the positions of Discipline Leader Nursing, Clinical Nurse Advisor, Nursing Co-ordinator, Service Co-ordinator,Staff Health Nurse, Clinical Nurse Consultant, and Specialized Nurse Practitioner and persons above the rank of Discipline Leader Nursing, Clinical Nurse Advisor, Nursing Co-ordinator, Service Co-ordinators, Staff Health Nurse, Clinical Nurse Consultant, Specialized Nurse Practitioner and nurses regularly employedfor less than five (5) tours per week, students employed during the school vacation periods and persons covered by existing collective agreements.
