Full-time Unit. Members who hold a Doctorate Degree from a regionally accredited institution shall receive additional pay in the amount of twelve hundred dollars ($1,200.00) annually. Unit Members employed less than full time shall receive their enhancement on a prorated basis.

Full-time Unit. Members possessing a doctorate degree from an accredited institution shall receive a stipend of $2,090 annually. All other issues relating to the new classification shall be determined in accordance with Article ARTICLE MANAGEMENT RIGHTS
