Full Time; Best Efforts. Executive shall devote the professional time and attention required to perform Executive’s obligations under this Agreement, and shall at all times faithfully, industriously and to the best of Executive’s ability, experience and talent perform all of Executive’s obligations under this Agreement. Until this Agreement is terminated, Executive shall not be employed or engaged by any other person or firm other than Employer unless otherwise provided for in the Employer’s policies or authorized by the Board.
