Common use of Full Time and Attention Clause in Contracts

Full Time and Attention. Employee shall devote Employee’s full business time and best efforts to the performance of Employee’s duties and to the furtherance of the Company’s interests. During Employee’s employment with the Company, Employee may not hold another position of employment, or be retained as a consultant, or engage in any other business activity (whether full-time or part-time, whether or not for compensation), unless the Company gives Employee prior written permission to do so. Notwithstanding anything stated in this provision to the contrary, Employee is permitted to engage in charitable activities, as long as they do not interfere with Employee’s employment obligations to the Company.
