Common use of Full Time and Attention Clause in Contracts

Full Time and Attention. Except as otherwise authorized by Employer, including Employee's employment under the Physician Agreement, Employee will devote full time and attention to the rendition of the services pursuant to the terms of this Agreement on behalf of Employer and to the furtherance of Employer's best interests as assigned and scheduled by Employer.
