Full Reimbursement Sample Clauses
The Full Reimbursement clause requires one party to repay the other for all costs or expenses incurred under specific circumstances outlined in the agreement. Typically, this clause applies when a party has advanced funds, paid for services, or covered losses on behalf of the other, such as in cases of travel expenses, damages, or third-party claims. Its core function is to ensure that parties are made whole financially and are not left bearing costs that should rightfully be covered by the other party, thereby allocating financial responsibility clearly and preventing disputes over payments.
