This Agreement, including any exhibits hereto, constitutes the entire understanding between the Company and the Settling Jurisdictions with respect to the subject matter contained herein and supersedes any and all prior or existing understandings, agreements, plans, and negotiations, whether written or oral, between the Company and any Settling Jurisdiction. All modifications to this Agreement must be in writing and signed by each of the Parties hereto.

FULL AND FINAL AGREEMENT. This Agreement represents the full and final agreement between the Parties and may not be contradicted by evidence of prior, contemporaneous or subsequent oral agreements of the Parties. Both City and JOC acknowledge and agree there are no oral agreements between the Parties.

This LEASE may not be modified orally, or in any manner other than by an agreement in writing and signed by both parties or their respective successors in interest.
