Common use of Full and Complete Settlement Clause in Contracts

Full and Complete Settlement. Executive acknowledges that the agreements contained herein and payment of the Severance Benefit are to be made and received in full and complete settlement and satisfaction of all of the aforesaid claims, actions, causes of actions, demands, damages, costs and expenses. The Company acknowledges that Executive's agreements contained herein are to be made and received in full and complete settlement and satisfaction of all of the aforesaid claims, action, causes of actions, demands, damages, costs and expenses. This Agreement is entered into freely and voluntarily by the parties with the approval and the opportunity to obtain the advice of counsel.
