Full Account Reconciliation. The Service will provide an Account reconciliation of Customer’s Account by matching the Check Issue File provided by Customer containing the Check Register Information against Checks actually paid from the Customer’s Account for the respective reconciliation period selected by Customer. Customer can send Check Issue File through Business Online Banking.

Full Account Reconciliation. Full Account Reconciliation compares checks that have been posted on the Account against checks that were issued by you. This is done when you create and send an Issues File at an agreed upon time between you and Bank. The frequency of how often the statement is received is up to you. Full Account Reconciliation completes the analysis and produces a recon statement. This statement lists paid account balance summary, statement of activity, Checks/Drafts, Exception Items, and Checks/Drafts that are outstanding.
Full Account Reconciliation. Full Account Reconciliation allows you to upload an issue file via the Internet Banking Services or manually enter check issues that will be compared to the items the Bank has posted your Account. An exception report will be provided for any mismatched items.
Full Account Reconciliation. Company will provide an Issue File of all checks that have been written on Company’s account(s). Bank will provide analysis and produce a reconciliation statement listing paid checks, mismatched items (exceptions) and checks that are outstanding. Company may deliver more than one Issue File per day.

  • Annual Reconciliation By June 30th of each calendar year, or as soon thereafter as reasonably possible, Landlord shall endeavor to furnish Tenant with an accounting of actual Operating Expenses and Tax Expenses. Within thirty (30) days of Landlord's delivery of such accounting, Tenant shall pay to Landlord the amount of any underpayment. Notwithstanding the foregoing, failure by Landlord to give such accounting by such date shall not constitute a waiver by Landlord of its right to collect any of Tenant's underpayment at any time. If the Term of the Lease expires prior to the annual reconciliation of expenses Landlord shall have the right to reasonably estimate Tenant's Share of such expenses, and if Landlord determines that an underpayment is due, Tenant hereby agrees that Landlord shall be entitled to deduct such underpayment from Tenant's Security Deposit. If Landlord reasonably determines that an overpayment has been made by Tenant, Landlord shall refund said overpayment to Tenant as soon as practicable thereafter. Notwithstanding the foregoing, failure of Landlord to accurately estimate Tenant's Share of such expenses or to otherwise perform such reconciliation of expenses, including without limitation, Landlord's failure to deduct any portion of any underpayment from Tenant's Security Deposit, shall not constitute a waiver of Landlord's right to collect any of Tenant's underpayment at any time during the Term of the Lease or at any time after the expiration or earlier termination of this Lease.

  • Bank Accounts; Cash Balances (a) Each Party agrees to take, or cause the members of its Group to take, at the Effective Time (or such earlier time as the Parties may agree), all actions necessary to amend all contracts or agreements governing each bank and brokerage account owned by SpinCo or any other member of the SpinCo Group (collectively, the “SpinCo Accounts”) and all contracts or agreements governing each bank or brokerage account owned by Parent or any other member of the Parent Group (collectively, the “Parent Accounts”) so that each such SpinCo Account and Parent Account, if currently linked (whether by automatic withdrawal, automatic deposit or any other authorization to transfer funds from or to) to any Parent Account or SpinCo Account, respectively, is de-linked from such Parent Account or SpinCo Account, respectively.

  • Reconciliation In the event that the Corporate Taxpayer and a Member are unable to resolve a disagreement with respect to the matters governed by Sections 2.03, 3.01(b), 4.02 and 6.02 within the relevant period designated in this Agreement (“Reconciliation Dispute”), the Reconciliation Dispute shall be submitted for determination to a nationally recognized expert (the “Expert”) in the particular area of disagreement mutually acceptable to both parties. The Expert shall be a partner or principal in a nationally recognized accounting or law firm, and unless the Corporate Taxpayer and such Member agree otherwise, the Expert shall not, and the firm that employs the Expert shall not, have any material relationship with the Corporate Taxpayer or such Member or other actual or potential conflict of interest. If the parties are unable to agree on an Expert within fifteen (15) calendar days of receipt by the respondent(s) of written notice of a Reconciliation Dispute, the Expert shall be appointed by the International Chamber of Commerce Centre for Expertise. The Expert shall resolve any matter relating to the Exchange Basis Schedule or an amendment thereto or the Early Termination Schedule or an amendment thereto within thirty (30) calendar days and shall resolve any matter relating to a Tax Benefit Schedule or an amendment thereto within fifteen (15) calendar days or as soon thereafter as is reasonably practicable, in each case after the matter has been submitted to the Expert for resolution. Notwithstanding the preceding sentence, if the matter is not resolved before any payment that is the subject of a disagreement would be due (in the absence of such disagreement) or any Tax Return reflecting the subject of a disagreement is due, the undisputed amount shall be paid on the date prescribed by this Agreement and such Tax Return may be filed as prepared by the Corporate Taxpayer, subject to adjustment or amendment upon resolution. The costs and expenses relating to the engagement of such Expert or amending any Tax Return shall be borne by the Corporate Taxpayer, except as provided in the next sentence. The Corporate Taxpayer and such Member shall bear their own costs and expenses of such proceeding, unless (i) the Expert substantially adopts such Member’s position, in which case the Corporate Taxpayer shall reimburse such Member for any reasonable out-of-pocket costs and expenses in such proceeding, or (ii) the Expert substantially adopts the Corporate Taxpayer’s position, in which case such Member shall reimburse the Corporate Taxpayer for any reasonable out-of-pocket costs and expenses in such proceeding. Any dispute as to whether a dispute is a Reconciliation Dispute within the meaning of this Section 7.09 shall be decided by the Expert. The Expert shall finally determine any Reconciliation Dispute and the determinations of the Expert pursuant to this Section 7.09 shall be binding on the Corporate Taxpayer and such Member and may be entered and enforced in any court having jurisdiction.

  • Reconciliations On a daily basis, Subadviser shall review reports of the Account's portfolio holdings as provided to Subadviser by the Custodian and shall report as promptly as possible on the same business day to the Custodian and to Client any discrepancies between the prices assigned to the securities in the Account and the prices that Subadviser believes should be assigned to them. On an ongoing basis, Subadviser shall monitor market developments for significant events occurring after the close of the primary markets for particular securities held by the Account that may materially affect their value, and shall promptly notify Client of any such event that comes to Subadviser's attention. On a monthly basis, Subadviser shall reconcile security and cash positions, and market values to the Custodian's records and report discrepancies to Client within ten (10) business days after the end of the month, or within three (3) business days of receipt of the custodial statement, whichever comes later.

  • Small Accounts The Trustees or their authorized agents may establish, from time to time, one or more minimum investment amounts for Shareholder accounts, which may differ within and among any Series or Class, and may impose account fees on (which may be satisfied by involuntarily redeeming the requisite number of Shares in any such account in the amount of such fee), and/or require the involuntary redemption of Shares held in, those accounts the net asset value of which for any reason falls below such established minimum investment amounts, or may authorize the Trust to convert any such Shares in such account to Shares of another Series or Class (whether of the same or a different Series), or take any other such action with respect to minimum investment amounts as may be deemed necessary or appropriate by the Trustees or their authorized agents, in each case upon such terms as shall be established by the Trustees or their authorized agents.

  • Control Account The Agent shall open and maintain on its books a control account in the name of the Borrower showing the advance of the Loan and the computation and payment of interest and all other sums due under this Agreement. The Borrower’s obligations to repay the Loan and to pay interest and all other sums due under this Agreement shall be evidenced by the entries from time to time made in the control account opened and maintained under this Clause 17.7 and those entries will, in the absence of manifest error, be conclusive and binding.

  • Account Verification Whether or not a Default or Event of Default exists, Agent shall have the right at any time, in the name of Agent, any designee of Agent or any Borrower, to verify the validity, amount or any other matter relating to any Accounts of Borrowers by mail, telephone or otherwise. Borrowers shall cooperate fully with Agent in an effort to facilitate and promptly conclude any such verification process.
