Fuel Fees. No fuel fees/charges will be assessed to the State of Maine and its using departments/agencies at any time during this contract period. Quantities: It is understood and agreed that the MA will cover the actual quantities required by the State over the length of the contract. Ordering Procedures: Delivery Orders (DO) will be created in AdvantageME for all orders over $5000.00. If a DO is used, the DO will be emailed to the email address referenced on the MA as a .pdf file. Orders less than $5000.00 can be placed using a State of Maine issued P-Card (credit card).

Fuel Fees. No fuel fees/charges will be assessed to the State of Maine and its using departments/agencies at any time during this contract period.
Fuel Fees. In consideration for the operation of the Fuel Farm, the Lessee shall pay the City a per gallon flowage fee and storage fee for all fuel sold by Lessee at the Airport. The City shall establish the fees by Resolution and the fees are subject to change following a thirty (30) day written notice to Lessee. Payment of the fees and charges shall be made to the City on or before the fifteenth (15th) day of the month for all such fuel received or delivered during the preceding month. Receipt and delivery of all fuel shall be metered in a manner satisfactory to City, and City shall have the privilege of examining the types of equipment used in connection with the receipt, storage and dispensing of fuel by Lessee and of examining Lessee’s books and records within five (5) calendar days upon request in order to accurately determine that payments have been made as required.
Fuel Fees all payments for fuel will be borne by the Lessee. The Lessee undertakes to return the Vehicle with a fuel tank as it was at the time of delivery of the Vehicle to its possession, otherwise the Lessee will be charged at the fuel costs pursuant to the Lessor’s tariff which is 50% higher than the maximum fuel prices carried by petrol stations.
Fuel Fees. All the vehicles are equipped with GPS and we are able to track the vehicle, the mileage and fuel level. What you provide us from your verbal confirmation should match or be close to what we show on our GPS system. Not calling prior to and after your rental with mileage and fuel levels will result in us using the GPS as the final decision maker as to additional fees for mileage and fuel levels.

  • Rental Fees The Employer agrees to enter into a tool rental agreement with mechanics wherein the Employer shall pay a fee for the employee’s use of such tools in the service of the Employer. The agreement shall be of legal form and shall contain as minimum provisions the following:

  • Processing Costs In addition to the Purchase Price, Buyer shall pay Processing Costs in the amount of $900.00, to be paid to Seller in cash or other readily available funds at closing. The Processing Costs are owed in addition to the Purchase Price and shall not be considered part of the Purchase Price.

  • Services Fees The Fees are stated on the Stripe Pricing Page, unless you and Stripe otherwise agree in writing. Stripe may revise the Fees at any time. If Stripe revises the Fees for a Service that you are currently using, Stripe will notify you at least 30 days (or a longer period if Law requires) before the revised Fees apply to you.
