Fuel Card. UTA will issue one (1) Fuel Card per RVP Vanpool Vehicle to be used at any service station which accepts the UTA issued Fuel Card. Fuel cards may only be used to fuel the RVP Vehicle by the RVP Vanpool Lessee or to purchase washes for the RVP Vanpool Vehicle in accordance with the provisions in the Vehicle Cleanliness section of the Vanpool Operations Manual. Use of the Fuel Card, except as specifically authorized under this Paragraph 3.5 may result in civil and criminal charges.
Fuel Card. A Contractor-issued electronic payment card for use by an Authorized User to purchase Fuel and Associated Product at Fuel Locations. The card shall be accepted at Fuel Locations located throughout New York State, and nationwide, for Fuel supplied by multiple oil companies (e.g., Exxon Mobil, Chevron, Hess, Gulf and Shell).
Fuel Card. 1. Unless agreed otherwise, the Fuel Card is attached to a specific Lease Agreement. In that case the vehicle registration number of the Leased Item will be stated on the Fuel Card. A personal identification number will also be linked to the Fuel Card (PIN Code). This PIN Code must be used during each payment action with the Fuel Card. Payment actions can exclusively be carried out through the payment machines intended for this purpose.
Fuel Card payment card issued by the Seller to the Customer that enables the Customer to perform transactions with the Seller on the terms and conditions determined in the General Conditions and Self-Service Portal;
