FTR Employees Clause Samples
The 'FTR Employees' clause defines which employees are considered Full-Time Regular (FTR) within the context of the agreement. Typically, this clause outlines the criteria for FTR status, such as minimum weekly working hours, eligibility for benefits, and employment duration. For example, it may specify that only employees working at least 40 hours per week on a permanent basis qualify as FTR. The core function of this clause is to clearly distinguish FTR employees from part-time, temporary, or contract workers, ensuring that rights, obligations, and benefits are properly allocated according to employment status.
