Front Door Keys Clause Samples

The 'Front Door Keys' clause establishes the rules and responsibilities regarding the possession, use, and return of keys to the main entrance of a property. Typically, it specifies who is authorized to hold the keys, outlines procedures for distributing additional copies, and details the process for returning keys at the end of a lease or upon termination of occupancy. This clause ensures security and accountability by clearly defining access rights and preventing unauthorized entry.
