From Title Insurance. The Net Proceeds of any title insurance award shall be paid to the Trustee, as assignee of the Corporation under the Assignment Agreement, deposited in the Insurance and Condemnation Fund and applied as set forth in Section 7.03 of the Trust Agreement.
From Title Insurance. The Net Proceeds from a title insurance award shall be deposited by the City in the Insurance and Condemnation Fund and credited towards the prepayment of Lease Payments required to be paid pursuant to Section 9.03 of this Lease Agreement.
