Common use of Fringe Benefits Clause in Contracts

Fringe Benefits. During the Employment Period, the Executive shall be entitled to fringe benefits, including, without limitation, payment of club dues, and, if applicable, use of an automobile and payment of related expenses, to the extent applicable generally to other peer executives of the Company and its affiliated companies.

During the Employment Period, the Executive shall be entitled to receive fringe benefits, including, without limitation, payment of club dues, and, if applicable, use of including an automobile allowance, and payment financial planning, on the same basis and the same terms and conditions as such benefits are provided to other Senior Vice Presidents of related expenses, the Company. The Company shall also pay for the Executive's club dues and expenses and annual physical on the same basis as those benefits were provided to the extent applicable generally Executive immediately prior to other peer executives of the Company and its affiliated companiesEffective Time.

During the Employment Period, the Executive shall be entitled to fringe benefits, including, without limitation, payment of club dues, and, if applicable, use of an automobile and payment of related expenses, to the extent applicable generally to the two other peer executives Vice Chairmen or other senior officers of the Company and or its affiliated companiessubsidiaries.

During the Employment Period, the Executive shall be entitled to fringe benefits, including, without limitation, payment of club dues, and, if applicable, use of an automobile and payment of related expenses, to the extent applicable benefits as in effect generally at any time thereafter with respect to other peer executives of the Company and its affiliated companies.

During the Employment Period, the Executive shall be entitled to fringe benefits, including, without limitation, payment of club dues, and, if applicable, use of an automobile and payment of related expenses, to the extent applicable generally to other peer senior executives of the Company and its affiliated companies, but in no event to a lesser extent than, during the Second Employment Segment and the Third Employment Segment than the Company's Chief Executive Officer.

During the Employment Period, the Executive shall be entitled to fringe benefits, including, without limitation, relocation benefits, payment of club dues, and, if applicable, and use of an automobile and payment of related expenses, to the extent applicable generally to other peer executives the Executive Vice Presidents of the Company and its affiliated companiesNPI.

During the Employment Period, the Executive shall be entitled to receive fringe benefits, including, without limitation, payment of club dues, and, if applicable, use of including an automobile allowance, and payment financial planning on the same basis and the same terms and conditions as such benefits are provided to other Senior Vice Presidents of related expenses, the Company. The Company shall also pay for the Executive's club dues and expenses and annual physical on the same basis as those benefits were provided to the extent applicable generally Executive immediately prior to other peer executives of the Company and its affiliated companiesEffective Time.

During the Employment Period, the Executive shall be entitled to fringe benefitsbenefits and perquisites in accordance with the most favorable plans, practices, programs and policies of the Company as in effect at the time with respect to other senior executives of the Company, including, without limitation, payment of club dues, and, if applicable, the use of an automobile and payment of related expenses, ; reasonable travel on the Company's aircraft; and first-class travel accommodations on all commercial carriers for travel related to the extent applicable generally to other peer executives business of the Company and its affiliated companiesCompany.

During the Employment Period, the Executive shall be entitled to fringe benefits, including, without limitation, tax and financial planning services, payment of club dues, and, if applicable, use of and an automobile allowance and payment of related expenses, in accordance with the most favorable plans, practices, programs and policies of the Company and its affiliated companies in effect for the Executive at any time during the one hundred eighty (180) day period immediately preceding any related Potential Change in Control or, if more favorable to the extent applicable Executive, as in effect generally at any time thereafter with respect to other peer executives of the Company and its affiliated companies.

During the Employment Period, the Executive shall be entitled to fringe benefits, including, without limitation, payment a country club membership and monthly reimbursement of club dues, and, if applicable, expenses relating to use of an automobile Executive’s automobile, in accordance with the plans, practices, programs and payment of related expenses, to the extent applicable generally to other peer executives policies of the Company and its affiliated companiesthe Bank for their executive officers or as otherwise agreed upon in advance.
