Common use of Fringe Benefits Clause in Contracts

Fringe Benefits. The Employee shall be eligible to participate in, and receive benefits under, any other fringe benefit plans or perquisites which are or may become generally available to the Company's or the Bank's executive officers, including but not limited to supplemental retirement, incentive compensation, supplemental medical or life insurance plans, company cars, club dues, physical examinations, financial planning and tax preparation services.

Fringe Benefits. The Employee shall be eligible to participate in, and receive benefits under, any other fringe benefit plans or perquisites which are or may become generally available applicable to the Company's or the Bank's executive officers, including but not limited to supplemental retirement, incentive compensation, supplemental medical or life insurance plans, company cars, club dues, physical examinations, financial planning and tax preparation services.

Fringe Benefits. The Employee shall be eligible to participate in, and receive benefits under, any other fringe benefit plans or perquisites which are or may become generally available to the Company's ’s or the Bank's ’s executive officers, including but not limited to supplemental retirement, incentive compensation, supplemental medical or life insurance plans, company cars, club dues, physical examinations, financial planning officers and tax preparation servicesother such benefits as the Board of Directors may provide in its discretion.

Fringe Benefits. The Employee shall be eligible to participate inreceive, and receive to participate in programs for, such fringe benefits under(including, without limitation, medical insurance and retirement benefits) as the Company may make available generally to its executive officers from time to time during the term of this Agreement. The Employee shall be responsible for making any other generally applicable employee contributions required under such fringe benefit plans or perquisites which are or may become generally available to the Company's or the Bank's executive officers, including but not limited to supplemental retirement, incentive compensation, supplemental medical or life insurance plans, company cars, club dues, physical examinations, financial planning and tax preparation servicesprograms.

The Employee shall be eligible while employed hereunder to participate in, and receive benefits under, any other fringe benefit plans or perquisites which are or may become generally available applicable to the Company's or the Bank's executive officers, including but not limited employees or to supplemental retirement, incentive compensation, supplemental medical or life insurance plans, company cars, club dues, physical examinations, financial planning and tax preparation servicesits employees generally.

The Employee shall be eligible to participate in, and receive benefits under, any other fringe benefit plans or perquisites which are or may become generally available to the Company's ’s or the Bank's First Federal’s executive officers, including but not limited to supplemental retirement, incentive compensationdeferred compensation program, supplemental medical or life insurance plans, company cars, club dues, physical examinations, financial planning and tax preparation services.

The Employee shall be eligible to participate in, and receive benefits under, any other fringe benefit plans or perquisites which are or may become generally available to the Company's or the Bank's executive officers, including but not limited to supplemental retirement, incentive compensation, supplemental medical or life insurance plans, company cars, club dues, physical examinations, financial planning and tax preparation services. 6.

The Employee Executive shall be eligible to participate in, and receive benefits under, any other fringe benefit plans or perquisites which are or may become generally available to the Company's or the Bank's executive officers, including including, but not limited to to, supplemental retirement, incentive compensation, supplemental medical or life insurance plans, company cars, club dues, physical examinations, financial planning and tax preparation services.

The Employee shall be eligible to participate in, and receive benefits under, any other fringe benefit plans or perquisites which are or may become generally available to the Company's or the Savings Bank's executive officers, including but not limited to supplemental retirement, incentive compensationdeferred compensation program, supplemental medical or life insurance plans, company cars, club dues, physical examinations, financial planning and tax preparation services.

The Employee shall be eligible to participate in, and receive benefits under, any other fringe benefit plans or perquisites which are or may become generally available to the Company's Company or the Bank's ’s executive officers, including but not limited to supplemental retirement, incentive compensationdeferred compensation programs, supplemental medical or life insurance plans, company cars, club dues, physical examinations, financial planning and tax preparation services, except as limited or prohibited under TARP while the Company is a TARP Recipient.

The Employee shall be eligible to participate in, and receive benefits under, any other fringe benefit plans or perquisites which are or may become generally available to the Company's or the Bank's ’s executive officers, including but not limited to supplemental retirement, incentive compensationdeferred compensation program, supplemental medical or life insurance plans, company cars, club dues, physical examinations, financial planning and tax preparation services.

The Employee shall be eligible to participate in, and receive benefits under, any other fringe benefit plans or perquisites which are or may become generally available to the Company's ’s or the BankFirst Federal's executive officers, including but not limited to supplemental retirement, incentive compensationdeferred compensation program, supplemental medical or life insurance plans, company cars, club dues, physical examinations, financial planning and tax preparation services.

Fringe Benefits. The Employee shall be eligible to participate in, and receive benefits under, any other fringe benefit plans or perquisites which are or may become generally available to the Company's or the Bank's executive officers, including but not limited to supplemental retirement, incentive compensation, supplemental medical or life insurance plans, company cars, club dues, physical examinations, financial planning and tax preparation services, except as limited or prohibited under TARP while the Company is a TARP Recipient.

Fringe Benefits. The Employee shall be eligible to participate during the Employment Period in, and receive benefits under, any other fringe benefit plans or perquisites which are or may become generally available to the Company's or the Bank's executive officersofficers generally, including but not limited to supplemental retirementto, incentive compensation, supplemental medical or life insurance plans, company cars, club dues, physical examinations, financial planning and tax preparation services, but excluding supplemental retirement benefits, except as provided in Section 7(b) and Section 7(c) of this Agreement.
