Common use of Fringe Benefits Clause in Contracts

Fringe Benefits. Executive shall be entitled to participate in all benefit/welfare plans and fringe benefits provided to Company senior executives. Executive understands that, except when prohibited by applicable law, Company’s benefit plans and fringe benefits may be amended by Company from time to time in its sole discretion.

The Company may alter, add to, modify or delete its benefit plans at any time it determines in its sole discretionjudgment to be appropriate.

Executive shall be entitled to participate in all benefit/welfare plans plans, long-term incentive programs, and other fringe benefits provided to Company senior executivesexecutives at comparable levels. The terms of any such programs and benefits will be governed by the applicable plan documents and Company policies in effect from time to time. Executive understands that, except when prohibited by applicable law, Company’s benefit plans and fringe benefits may be changed, replaced, terminated, modified or amended by Company from time to time in its sole discretion.

In addition to any benefits provided by this Agreement, Executive shall be entitled to participate in all benefit/welfare plans and fringe benefits provided maintained by the Company from time to Company senior executivestime. Executive understands that, except when prohibited by applicable law, the Company’s 's benefit plans and fringe benefits may be amended amended, enlarged, diminished or terminated prospectively by the Company from time to time in its sole discretiontime.

Executive shall be entitled to participate in all benefit/welfare plans and fringe benefits provided to Company senior similarly situated executives, provided that he is eligible under the plan documents governing those programs. Executive understands that, except when prohibited by applicable law, Company’s benefit plans and fringe benefits may be amended by Company from time to time in its sole discretion.

Fringe Benefits. (a) Executive shall be entitled to participate in all benefit/welfare plans of Company's incentive and fringe benefits provided to Company senior executives. Executive understands that, except when prohibited by applicable law, Company’s benefit plans and fringe benefits may be amended arrangements, including, without limitation, all employee incentive and benefit plans or arrangements made available in the future by Company from time to time in its sole discretionsenior executives, subject to and on a basis consistent with the terms, conditions and overall administration of such plans and arrangements, but on a basis no less favorable than that afforded to any other director, officer or employee of Company. Company shall also provide to Executive at Company's expense all health, major medical, hospitalization and disability insurance provided to other senior executives of Company.

Executive understands that, except when prohibited by applicable law, Company’s benefit plans and fringe benefits may be amended by Company from time to time in its sole discretion.

Executive understands that, except when prohibited by applicable law, Company’s 's benefit plans and fringe benefits may be amended by Company from time to time in its sole discretion.
