Common use of Fringe Benefits Clause in Contracts

Fringe Benefits. During the Employment Period, the Executive shall be entitled to such fringe benefits and perquisites as are provided by the Company to its senior executives from time to time, in accordance with the policies, practices and procedures of the Company.

The Company will continue its current automobile expense program as in effect on the Agreement Date (or establish a comparable replacement program), with such increases as are consistent with past practices to reflect changes in expenses.

During the Employment Period, the Executive shall be entitled to such fringe benefits and perquisites on the same basis as are those provided by generally at any time thereafter to the Company to its senior executives from time to time, in accordance with the policies, practices and procedures of the CompanyPeer Executives.

During the Employment Period, the Executive shall be entitled to such fringe benefits and perquisites as which are comparable in the aggregate to those provided by generally at any time after the Company Effective Date to its other senior executives from time to time, in accordance with the policies, practices and procedures of the Company; provided, that such benefits shall be at least comparable to those provided to the Executive immediately before the Effective Date.

During the Employment Period, the Executive shall be entitled to such fringe benefits and perquisites generally applicable to Senior Management in accordance with their terms as are provided by the Company to its senior executives in effect from time to time, in accordance with the policies, practices and procedures of the Company.
