Common use of Fringe Benefits Clause in Contracts

Fringe Benefits. During the Employment Period, the Executive shall be entitled to such fringe benefits and perquisites as are provided by the Company to its senior executives from time to time, in accordance with the policies, practices and procedures of the Company.

Fringe Benefits. During the Employment PeriodTerm and any Renewal Term, the Executive shall be entitled to such fringe benefits and perquisites as are provided by the Company to its senior executives from time to time, in accordance with the policies, practices and procedures policies of the Company.

During the Employment Period, the Executive shall be entitled to such fringe benefits and perquisites as are provided by the Company to its senior executives from time to time, in accordance with the policiesplans, practices practices, programs and procedures policies of the CompanyCompany applicable to Peer Executives, subject to eligibility requirements and terms and conditions of any such plans, practices, programs and policies.

During the Employment Period, the Executive shall be entitled to such fringe benefits and perquisites benefits, in accordance with Company policy as are provided by the Company to its senior executives in effect from time to time, in accordance with the policies, practices and procedures of the Company.

Fringe Benefits. During the Employment PeriodTerm of Executive’s employment under this Agreement, the Executive shall be entitled to such fringe benefits according to the Company’s regular plans, practices, policies and perquisites as are provided by the Company programs applicable to its senior other officer-level executives from time to time, in accordance with the policies, practices and procedures of the Company.

During the Employment Period, the Executive shall be entitled to such all fringe benefits and perquisites as are provided by applicable on or after the Company Effective Date to its senior executives from time to time, in accordance with the policies, practices and procedures other contract employees of the Company.

During the Employment PeriodTerm, the Executive shall be entitled to such fringe benefits of the kind and perquisites as quality which are provided by the Company to its senior executives similarly situated executive officers in accordance with applicable policies and practices as in effect from time to time, in accordance with the policies, practices and procedures of the Company.

During the Employment Period, the Executive shall be entitled to such fringe benefits and perquisites as are provided by in effect generally with respect to other peer executives of the Company to and its senior executives from time to time, in accordance with the policies, practices and procedures of the Companyaffiliated companies.

During the Employment Period, the Executive shall be entitled to such fringe benefits and perquisites as are provided by the Company to its senior executives from time to timebenefits, in accordance with the policies, practices and procedures policies of the Company applicable to other peer executives of the Company., plus those benefits set forth on Exhibit A.

During the Employment Period, the Executive shall be entitled to such perquisites and/or fringe benefits in effect as of the Effective Date and, to the extent more favorable to the Executive, such perquisites and/or fringe benefits in accordance with the plans, practices, policies and perquisites as are programs maintained or provided by the Company to its senior executives from time to time, in accordance with time on or after the policies, practices and procedures Effective Date for the benefit of senior executives of the Company.

During the Employment Period, the Executive shall be entitled to such fringe benefits and perquisites as are provided by the Company to its senior executives from time to time, time in accordance with the policies, practices and procedures of the Company, and shall receive such additional fringe benefits and perquisites as the Company may, in its discretion, from time-to-time provide.
