Common use of Fringe Benefits Clause in Contracts

Fringe Benefits. Contractor understands that neither Contractor nor Contractor's employees or contract personnel are eligible to participate in any employee pension, health benefits, vacation pay, sick pay, or other fringe benefit plan of Client.
