Common use of Frequency and Duration Clause in Contracts

Frequency and Duration. The Town shall schedule a meeting of the Labor-Management Committee within fourteen (14) calendar days of receiving a written request from the Union. The meeting shall occur during regular business hours, no more than four (4) total union members shall be allowed to attend and the meeting shall not exceed two (2) hours unless mutually agreed to by the parties. Leave for the meeting will be paid for by the Town.
