If you use a German bank to transfer a cross-border payment in excess of €12,500 in connection with the sale of shares of Common Stock acquired under the Plan, the bank will make the report for you. In addition, you must report any receivables, payables, or debts in foreign currency exceeding an amount of €5,000,000 on a monthly basis. GREECE There are no country specific provisions.
