Freezing your membership. If you know in advance that you will not be able to attend the Club for a period, you may put your membership on-hold at reduced fees for a minimum period of one month through to a maximum period of three months (although this shall not apply to any personal training services). To place your membership on-hold, you must complete the on- hold request form (available on our website at xxx.xxxxxxxxxxx.xx.xx) and provide the completed form to the Club at least 5 days before placing your membership on-hold. The fees that will apply to the on-hold period are set out on the on- hold request form. On-hold periods will not be counted by the Club in any notice period required for the termination of your membership, nor will they count towards the Minimum Term.
Freezing your membership. (a) Using a membership freeze. You may freeze your Membership for four (4) consecutive weeks within your 12 month Minimum Term. Any Membership freeze taken will be added to your Minimum Term so that all minimum payment requirements are met. For avoidance of doubt, a membership freeze may not be available for all Membership options, please contact your Salon for more information.
(b) Before freezing your Membership, you must ensure your Membership Fees are fully paid up to date and you do not owe us any money. We cannot backdate any Membership freeze request(s). You must request a freeze of your Membership in advance and in writing when you need it, subject to our approval.

Freezing your membership a) Members may apply to freeze their Membership subject to 30 days’ notice.
b) Each member can take up to 3 months’ freeze per year. The minimum freeze period is 14 days, with a maximum of three full consecutive calendar months.
Freezing your membership. 4.1 Members can freeze their membership for up to 3 months for travel or medical reasons, but we must be reasonably satisfied by your supporting documents.
Freezing your membership a) Members may apply to freeze their Membership subject to 1 full calendar month’s notice.
b) Each member can take up to 1 month free freeze per year, a fee of $10 per month applies otherwise. The minimum freeze period is 14 days, with a maximum of four full consecutive calendar months.
c) Freeze periods will not count towards a Member’s contractual term, and will extend any applicable minimum term by the number of freeze months taken. Membership may not be frozen during the notice period of cancellation.
d) Members freezing for more than 1 month will have their freeze fee/s taken via Direct Debit or charged to their nominated credit card.
e) Freezing for reasons of illness, injury or pregnancy will be reviewed and leniency may be applied in relation to the fee and notice period; appropriate medical documentation must be attached to the request for this to be considered.
Freezing your membership. 8.1 We understand that there are circumstances whereby you need to put your membership on hold; therefore you may temporarily freeze your membership for between one complete calendar month and 3 complete calendar months for the following reasons only. We may require you to produce proof which is satisfactory to us of any of these reasons that you are relying on to freeze your membership:
8.1.1 pregnancy;
8.2.2 serious illness;
8.2.3 serious injury;
8.2.4 redundancy;
8.2.5 temporary or permanent relocation; and
8.2.6 long term travel.
8.2 As long as you obtain our prior written agreement, you may extend the period of any membership freeze. Freezing your membership is not the same as cancelling your membership; freezing is a temporary suspension, cancellation is terminating your membership. To cancel your membership you must follow the procedure described below in clause 9.
8.3 If you want to freeze your membership, you can request us to do so in writing. As long as we receive your request on or before the 20th day of the month, we can apply this from the first of the following month.
8.4 If we receive your request in accordance with clause 8.3 and agree to freeze your membership, we will do so with effect from the first day of the following month. We cannot freeze it from an earlier date and will not refund any monthly fees paid before your membership was frozen.
8.5 When you request us to freeze your membership, you will need to tell us when you plan to resume your membership, although your membership can start again before this date if you us know. We will automatically start your membership again, and start taking any direct debits, on the date you tell us you want your membership to resume.
8.6 We will charge you a reduced membership fee of £10 per month while your membership is frozen. If you have a discounted prepaid payment option or a fixed term contract i.e. a 12 month membership, we will extend your membership period by the number of full calendar months your membership has been frozen for. If we increase our prices during the period when your membership is frozen, you will have to pay any new prices that apply to your membership type when your membership resumes.
8.7 You will not be allowed to use the club while your membership is frozen.
Freezing your membership. 7.1. You may, by giving at least 21 days’ advance written notice to the Membership Manager at the Club, freeze your membership for a maximum of three calendar months in any 12 month period.
7.2. During each Freeze Period, your subscription fee will be reduced to £25 per month. Outside of any Freeze Periods, the full amount of your subscription fee will be payable.
7.3. No Freeze Periods will be granted for a three-month period from the date that your membership is reactivated following a Freeze Period.
7.4. You may also freeze your membership due to illness or injury, provided that in order to do so you must provide the Club with a letter from your doctor confirming that your doctor advises that you do not attend the Club because of the relevant illness or injury (a “Illness Freeze Period”). No subscription fees shall be payable by you during an Illness Freeze Period. Prior to returning to the Club following an Illness Freeze Period, you must provide the Club with a letter from your doctor confirming that you are fit to return to the Club.

7.2. Following a Free Freeze Period you may, with 21 days’ advance written notice, freeze your membership for up to three further months in that the period between the end of your Free Freeze Period and the date that is 12 months following that date (each such month a “Further Freeze Period” and together with the Free Freeze Period the “Freeze Periods”) (e.g. if you use a Free Freeze Period between 1 August and 31 August 2017, you could then use a maximum of three Further Freeze Periods between 1 September 2017 and 31 August 2018).
7.3. During a Free Freeze Period, no subscription fees will be payable and you may not access the Club. During each Further Freeze Period, your subscription fee will be reduced to £25 per month. Outside of any Freeze Periods, the full amount of your subscription fee will be payable.
7.4. No Freeze Periods will be granted for a three-month period from the date that your membership is reactivated following a Freeze Period.
