Freezing Weather. In the event of freezing weather, water circulation must be maintained continuously through the equipment to prevent freeze damage. It is also critically important during freezing weather to do whatever it takes to maintain the proper water level.

Freezing Weather. If freezing weather is expected, open the cabinet doors under the kitchen and bathroom sinks so that the exposed plumbing fixtures do not freeze. See the next paragraph for freezing weather tips if you are going to be away from your unit during this time.

If you leave the property for a vacation or other extended period of time i t is your responsibility to have a neighbor or friend make necessary precautions to prevent freezing if you did not do so before leaving.

  • Safety Measures Employees working in any unsanitary or dangerous jobs shall be supplied with all the necessary tools, safety equipment, and protective clothing.
