Common use of Freedom to Contract Clause in Contracts

Freedom to Contract. The Consultant represents and warrants that, to the best of Consultant’s knowledge, execution and performance of this Agreement does not and will not violate, conflict with, or constitute a default under any contract, commitment, agreement, understanding, arrangement or restriction, or any adjudication, order, injunction or finding of any kind by any court or agency to which Consultant may be a party or by which Consultant may be bound.

Freedom to Contract. The Consultant represents and warrants thatthat the Consultant has the right to negotiate and enter into this Agreement, to the best of Consultant’s knowledge, execution and performance of that this Agreement does not and will not violatebreach, interfere with or conflict with, or constitute a default under with any contract, commitment, other existing contractual agreement, understanding, arrangement or restriction, or any adjudication, order, injunction or finding of any kind by any court or agency to which Consultant may be a party or by which Consultant may be bound.

Freedom to Contract. The Consultant represents and warrants thatthat the Consultant (including its officers, to the best of Consultant’s knowledgedirectors, execution employees and performance of this Agreement does affiliates) is not and will not violate, conflict with, or constitute a default under any contract, commitment, agreement, understanding, arrangement or restriction, or any adjudication, order, injunction or finding of any kind bound by any court agreement or agency arrangement with or duty to which Consultant may be a party or by which Consultant may be boundany other person that would conflict with this Agreement.
