Free University Courses for Employees. The University shall provide the following Employee Tuition and Fee Voucher Program, FGCU Policy # 3.12, as approved by the Board on October 6, 2004. Full-time employees, including employees on sabbaticals or on professional development leave, may enroll for up to six (6) credit hours of instruction per term (Fall, Spring, or Summer) at the University without payment of tuition and fees on a space available basis. The program allows employees to allocate up to six (6) credit hours of their unused tuition and fee voucher per term to their spouse and/or eligible dependents.

  • Transportation for Employees Transportation will be provided to employees who are required to work other than their normal working hours, and who must travel to or from their home during the hours between 11:30 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. and when convenient public transportation or other transportation facilities are not available.   • Directors, Trustees and Shareholders and Massachusetts Business Trust It is understood and is expressly stipulated that neither the holders of shares in the Fund nor any Directors or Trustees of the Fund shall be personally liable hereunder. With respect to any Fund which is a party to this Agreement and which is organized as a Massachusetts business trust (“Trust”), the term “Fund” means and refers to the trust established by its applicable trust agreement (Declaration of Trust) as the same may be amended from time to time. It is expressly agreed that the obligations of any such Trust hereunder shall not be binding upon any of the trustees, shareholders, nominees, officers, agents or employees of the Trust, personally, but bind only the trust property of the Trust, as provided in the Declaration of Trust of the Trust.   • TRAINING AND EMPLOYEE DEVELOPMENT 9.1 The Employer and the Union recognize the value and benefit of education and training designed to enhance an employee’s ability to perform their job duties. Training and employee development opportunities will be provided to employees in accordance with college/district policies and available resources.
