Fraternal Dues Clause Samples

The Fraternal Dues clause establishes the obligation for members of a fraternal organization to pay regular dues as a condition of membership. Typically, this clause outlines the amount, frequency, and method of payment, and may specify consequences for late or missed payments, such as suspension of membership privileges. Its core function is to ensure the organization has a reliable source of funding to support its activities and operations, while also maintaining fairness and accountability among members.
