Common use of Franchise Grant Clause in Contracts

Franchise Grant. In reliance on the application and information furnished by Franchisee and Co-Debtor, BKE grants to Franchisee a non-exclusive license to use the Burger King System, including the Burger King Marks, solely in connection with the operation of a Burger King Restaurant at the Location for the Term on the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. Franchisee accepts this license with the full and complete understanding that the license contains no promise or assurance of renewal or the granting of a new license at the expiration of the Term.
