Fractional Work Week. The Employer shall pay a weekly Employee whose assignment starts on other than the first day of the work week established for that Employee or ends on other than the last day of the work week established for that Employee one-fifth (1/5) of his/her weekly wages for each day worked during the fractional work week, provided that during the preceding or following work week of his/her assignment the Employee is provided a full work week. The foregoing is intended to apply to both the start and finish of production, any production hiatus, and the individual crew member coming on or off a production. An Employer may, at its discretion, reduce by one-fifth (1/5) the weekly guarantee for each day an Employee is absent.

Fractional Work Week. With the exception of the Director, the Producer shall pay a Guild Member whose assignment starts on other than the first (1st) day of the established work week or ends on other than the last Day of the established work week one-fifth (1/5th) of Guild Member’s weekly Contracted Rate for each Day worked during the fractional work week, provided that during the preceding or subsequent work week of the assignment such Guild Member completes a full work week. Special provisions with respect to the Director are contained in the Directors’ Schedule.

  • Normal Work Week The normal work week shall be thirty-seven and one-half (37 1/2) hours, and the normal daily hours of work shall be seven and one-half (7 1/2) hours, exclusive of a meal period. The normal work week shall be Monday through Friday and the normal workday shall be scheduled between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.

  • Normal Work Day The normal work day shall be eight (8) hours and the normal work week shall be forty (40) hours, Monday through Friday, provided however that nothing herein shall be construed as guaranteeing any EMPLOYEE eight (8) hours of work per day or forty (40) hours per week. A single shift shall consist of eight (8) hours of continuous employment, except for unpaid lunch period, between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.

  • Work Week The work week will begin at 12:00 a.m. on Sunday and end at 11:59 p.m. the following Saturday.

  • Normal Work Year The normal work year for the Administrator shall be Two Hundred Sixty (260) days between July 1 and June 30 annually which will include all student attendance days and teacher work days. The Administrator shall not be entitled to any additional paid days unless specifically required to work beyond the Two Hundred Sixty (260) day contract by the Superintendent or the Board.

  • Normal Workweek The normal workweek shall consist of five (5) days, eight (8) hours per day and forty (40) hours per week. This Article shall not restrict the extension of the regular workday or workweek on an overtime basis when such is necessary to carry on the business of the District.

  • Additional Work If changes in the work seem merited by Consultant or the City, and informal consultations with the other party indicate that a change is warranted, it shall be processed in the following manner: a letter outlining the changes shall be forwarded to the City by Consultant with a statement of estimated changes in fee or time schedule. An amendment to this Agreement shall be prepared by the City and executed by both Parties before performance of such services, or the City will not be required to pay for the changes in the scope of work. Such amendment shall not render ineffective or invalidate unaffected portions of this Agreement.

  • Standard Work Week The standard work week shall be thirty-five (35) hours and is composed of five (5) consecutive standard work days.

  • Normal Workday The normal workday shall consist of eight (8) consecutive hours of work within a twenty-four (24) hour period.

  • Work Day/Work Week 1. The work week shall consist of five (5) consecutive days Monday through Friday of no more than eight (8) hours per day and no more than forty (40) hours per work week. This shall not restrict the extension of the employee’s usual and customary workday or workweek when such is necessary to carry on the business of the School District. Employees who actually work more than forty (40) hours per week will receive overtime pay (time-and-a-half).

  • Regular Work Week The regular work week shall be any five (5) consecutive days, Sunday through Saturday, for a total regular work week of forty (40) working hours, subject to the applicable premiums where provided for in this Agreement. Notwithstanding the above, employees may volunteer to work schedules that fall outside of the regular work week of Sunday through Saturday and may do so, upon approval by the Company, and with no penalty cost to the Company, but with applicable premiums as provided for in this Agreement.
