Four (4) Day Work Week Clause Samples
The Four (4) Day Work Week clause establishes that employees are scheduled to work only four days per week instead of the traditional five. Typically, this means employees will work longer hours each day to maintain a standard full-time workload, or their total weekly hours may be reduced depending on the agreement. This clause is designed to promote work-life balance, increase employee satisfaction, and potentially improve productivity by condensing the workweek, while also providing clarity on scheduling expectations.
