Forward Purchase Shares. (i) The Company shall issue and sell to the Purchaser, and the Purchaser shall subscribe for and purchase from the Company, up to an aggregate of 3,500,000 Forward Purchase Shares for a purchase price of $10.00 per share, or up to $35,000,000 in the aggregate (the “Forward Purchase Price”).
