Forward Flow Purchase Agreement Clause Samples

A Forward Flow Purchase Agreement is a contractual arrangement in which one party agrees to purchase certain assets, such as loans or receivables, from another party on a recurring or scheduled basis over a defined period. Typically, the agreement outlines the types of assets to be sold, the purchase price or pricing mechanism, and the frequency or conditions under which purchases will occur. This structure provides predictability and efficiency for both parties: the seller gains a reliable outlet for its assets, while the buyer secures a steady pipeline of acquisitions, thereby streamlining operations and mitigating the risks associated with one-off transactions.
