Forums. We may offer forums for the exchange of information among our users. You agree to comply with all applicable forum rules. In particular, you understand that we do not assure the accuracy, reliability, confidentiality or security of information made available through the use of such forums. You acknowledge that any information you post in a forum or discussion group is available to the public, and may result in your receiving communications from others outside our site. You are responsible for safeguarding the privacy of your and your patients’ personal information when you participate in forums, discussion groups and the like. You agree not to disclose individually identifiable health information through such forums.

Forums. A bulletin board system in the form of a discussion site. From a technological stand point, forums or boards are web applications sometimes web services managing user-generated content. Forums often contain private messaging, moderators, etc.
Forums a. The Pre-Release Software may include a feature that allows you to exchange useful and helpful information about the Pre-Release Software with other pre-release testers (the “forum”). Internet access is required to use the forum. Please respect and interact with other testers as you would in any public arena when using the forum. Exercise your judgment in evaluating other testers' forum information. Do not reveal information that you do not want to make public, such as by posting your contact information or email address while using the forum. Intuit reserves the right to monitor the forum content and designate Intuit employees to act as monitors. Additionally, Intuit reserves the right to edit, remove or refuse to remove forum content in its sole discretion.
Forums. Certain Courses may provide functionality for interactive forums through which Learners can interact with each other and with Instructors to discuss a Course. Partner will make reasonable efforts to monitor the respective forum to ensure that material Course errors, Quality Standards or other issues are identified and addressed.

Forums. You shouldn't include any personally identifying information, sensitive information, or any other information in a Forum post, whether it pertains to you or another individual. During your usage of the Forums, if you choose to post personally identifying information, this information may be obtained. We may make this information available through platform extensions that integrate third-party services, such as Discord. We reserve the right to improve and reuse Forum postings that contain personally identifiable information in later releases of the services. We might keep a record of this information, use it to get in touch with you or your designee(s) in the future, or our commercial partners. Without utilizing personally identifiable information, we may also utilize or publish posts made on the forums.
Forums. The ACU Platform may include forums or similar functionality to exchange information with 1Unit and other users of the ACU Platform. Hospital, on behalf of itself and Hospital Personnel, waives all privacy and confidentiality rights into any information shared, posted, or otherwise made available on the ACU Platform by Hospital or Hospital Personnel and grants to 1Unit a royalty free, perpetual, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use for any purpose any information or material Hospital Personnel post or otherwise make available on the ACU Platform.

Forums. VC may make available to users of the Web site, email notices, chat services, IM technology, newsletters, chat rooms, message boards, bulletin board services or other interactive communication facilities (collectively referred to as "Forums") by means of the Web site or related services. VC cannot review and is not responsible to review any or all communications made on or through the Web site. However, VC reserves the right, but has no specific obligation, to monitor the Forums and change, edit, amend, modify or delete any materials which VC in its sole and absolute discretion determines to violate the terms of use or to be in any other way offensive or contrary to the policy of VC.
